All our fittings are boxed and shrink wrapped for protection.

All our products are sent by Royal mail 1st class if single items and by  courier if multiple items, a signature is required on delivery.

Bulk orders are sent and marked parcel 1 of 2, 2 of 2 etc, always check on delivery that you have received all the parcels sent by looking at your packages, this is important to ensure all your goods have arrived

Rates for delivery are to mainland UK addresses only, excluding Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, all offshore Islands and postcode exclusions -  FK18-21, HS1-9,  IV1-63 ALL Postcodes, KW1-14, PA34, 37, 38 39, PH1-50, ZE1-3, always contact us for a cost prior to ordering if the above applies, any orders received without prior agreement will be refunded. 

Our postage and packaging costs are based on weight of  which includes the weight of boxes and packaging used to protect the goods  against damage all weights are approximate

Delivery is next working day following dispatch on multiple items if your order is placed by 11am, our couriers do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday

We are unable to provide delivery times as we have no direct contact with Drivers, your parcel is dispatched and handled at various locations on route to you

All goods must be checked for any damage before signing on delivery, if you cannot check all your goods you must sign un-examined, no claims will be accepted unless this is adhered to

Do not start  work on your site prior to receiving any goods ordered, we cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred for late delivery of goods or for any adverse weather or any other delays beyond our control
